British 8-inch Howitzer MK.VI Plastic Model Kit - Roden 813 1/35 Scale

The Vickers-designed BL 8-inch Howitzer Mk was produced by all four British artillery manufacturers and was equivalent to the German 21 cm Morser 16. In the British service, they used the same 9.2-inch howitzer BL, but were faster to manufacture and more mobile. Approved in August 1915, the Vickers' design, very similar to their 6-inch howitzer, was 4–5 tons lighter than the home-made 8-inch Mks I-V "howitzers". The Mk VI barrel had a complex structure and was 14.7 caliber long with a range of 10,745 yards.

The model has an excellent study and detailing, designed for assembly by experienced modellers. The kit includes 3 frames with parts or (plastic parts) vinyl tracks, plastic figures, a scheme for coloring the model, and step-by-step assembly instructions. Glue and paint are not included.

This plastic model kit, manufactured by RODEN (Ukraine), is unpainted and unassembled. The length of the model is 197 mm, and it is in a new, in-box condition. The scale is 1/35.
